this I seem to be seeing a lot of lately, not just in federal or state politics, but the office version as well. People just don't seem to knoow how to play the game - and the objective is that you keep your momentum without creating a disturbance that affects the others, and certainly doesn't leave them wanting to wring your goddamn neck.
